ZHERO is committed to protecting your personal data from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure by using a combination of physical, administrative and technical safeguards and contractually requiring that third parties to whom we disclose your personal data do the same.

Sensitive and private data exchange between our website and its users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

ZHERO does not provide your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for direct marketing purposes or sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make personal data commercially available to any third party.

Depending on the purpose, retention periods will vary. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include whether:

  • personal data is needed to provide our solutions and services business including performance improvement and to maintain accurate business and financial records.

  • you have consented to us retaining your personal data for a longer retention period, in which case, we will retain personal data in line with your consent.
  • in the case of an unsuccessful job application, resumes will be kept for up to 12 months and may be considered for future job opportunities.
  • job applicants may request the removal of their resume at any time by contacting us using the details provided in section 18.
  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information for anyone under the age of 18. If you are the parent of guardian and you are aware that your child has provide us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental concern, we will take to remove that information for our servers.

ZHERO has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Lucky Orange may record keystroke information that you voluntarily enter on this website. Lucky Orange does not track this activity on any site that does not use the Lucky Orange system. Note, that doing so will disable other features of the Lucky Orange system that this site employs such as 1-to-1 support chat.
