Technologies

Strong Knowledge / understanding (MUST HAVE)

  • Windows 7,8 MAC OS

Basic Knowledge / understanding (MUST HAVE) :

  • Systems upgrade/support SQL, Exchange 2003-2013, Windows Server 2003 – 2012

Any Knowledge / understanding (GOOD TO HAVE) :

  • VMware , Hyper V, Terminal Server, SQL server, Windows Server, AD, DHCP, Group Policies, SAN and NAS storage
  • Cisco ASA Firewall, Routers (NAT, PAT) & Switches (Vlan, VPN)
  • System Monitoring, SNMP

Must have:

  • Attention to detail
  • 2-3+ years IT experience
  • IT Degree and IT certified (either or all – Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Checkpoint, and Citrix)
  • Excellent communicator with proven track record
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Work as part of team / team assistance / team lead
  • Project & Coordination experience
