REIMAGINING THE CLOUD TO REDUCE MARKETING FIRM’S IT SPEND

GoJoKo Marketing was using various storage solutions and was looking for a single, secure, and compliant data storage solution for highly sensitive data. GoJoKo turned to Zhero for the design and provisioning of a transformative IT solution that would ensure compliance and high-level security, from workstation level to data centre.

GoJoKo Marketing uses advanced fintech and digital marketing, together with a digital customer interface to support a UK network of community banks and credit unions. Their cloud-based financial solution facilitates integrated processing for end-to-end loan transactions. GoJoKo leverages sophisticated data analytics and process automation to optimize risk and reduce acquisition and processing cost. My Community Bank, Amplifi Capital, and Castle Community Bank are three key players in the GoJoKo network. GoJoKo partners with SaaS providers such as Mambu and Persistent, while tapping into the experience of Vestigo for risk analysis.

CHALLENGE

As a fintech provider helping banks and credit unions to expand, GoJoKo was constrained by inadequate cloud storage and remote data storage that was not in the UK.

SOLUTION

GoJoKo’s data was migrated to Zhero’s Cloud infrastructure. The company’s core data was securely and remotely stored and email was successfully migrated.

RESULT

GoJoKo’s file storage is future-proofed, and the company experiences advanced levels of data protection with all data being stored in the UK, as required for GDPR compliance. Zhero continues to provide a public cloud service and also applies effective antivirus and web intelligence to GoJoKo’s IT infrastructure.

THE IT CHALLENGE

GoJoKo needed to find a secure way of storing data such as loan applications, credit reports, risk analysis reports, and confidential customer and partner information. Before partnering with Zhero, the company did not have a solution that conformed with industry standards. A further challenge was that all data needed to be stored in the UK, and not on servers in NSA regions. All these complexities meant that GoJoKo needed Zhero to transform its IT.

This is how Zhero transformed GoJoKo’s IT: Zhero implemented a cost-effective migration to the Zhero Cloud, so GoJoKo didn’t need to maintain any data storage equipment or outlay a high initial investment in IT infrastructure.

Zhero also provisioned a full single sign-on to emails, files, and networks. In addition, comprehensive and rigorous anti-virus and web intelligence, with real-time security updates. With this high level of security and compliance, GoJoKo were provided with proactive detection, intrusion, and data leak prevention, all securing and transforming their IT.
