Natasha Botha is Executive Lead – Operations at Zhero, where she provides executive oversight across the people, processes and operational systems that underpin the company’s service delivery. Working across departments, Natasha translates business strategy into clear priorities, accountable execution and consistent outcomes. Her focus is on strengthening operational performance, improving collaboration and ensuring Zhero can continue to scale without compromising the responsive, personal service its clients expect.

Natasha entered the managed IT services sector in 2017 following an established career in the gas and finance industries. With more than 16 years of financial experience and nearly a decade in technology, she brings together commercial insight, analytical thinking and practical problem-solving. Her approach is grounded in consistency, strong foundations and continuous improvement. Known for her integrity, initiative and high standards, Natasha is passionate about simplifying complexity, strengthening systems and creating an environment in which teams are equipped to perform at their best.

Natasha has also represented Zhero during international industry engagements and has worked closely with the company’s UK team and clients, reflecting her important role in connecting Zhero’s strategic, commercial and operational priorities across its international business. As a member of Zhero’s executive leadership, Natasha helps ensure that strategy does not remain an ambition—it becomes measurable action, dependable service and sustainable growth.
