Responsibilities will include:
General Operational Duties
- Implementation of new solutions
- Complete all solution tasks assigned within provided deadline
- Attend to implementation issues and resolve in a timeous fashion
- Log all time on ZW for the assigned solutions tasks
Communication and Monitoring
- Update assigned tasks accurately on ZW
- Daily communication to projects team on daily work performed
- Monitor communication channels for any issues that might occur during solution roll out
- Communicate to relevant stakeholders while resolving issues
Solution Implementation
- Implement solution as set out per project template
- Complete implementation according to Zhero best practises
- Complete assigned tasks within deadline
- Capture all newly installed hardware information on ZW
Client Issue Resolution
- Resolve any issues logged via current communication channels in a timeous fashion
Additional Duties:

- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed SLA turnaround timeframe
- Maintain specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
- Document how to guides after resolution of unidentified problems
- Responsible for entering time and expenses in ZW as they occur
- Work through a daily schedule in ZW that has been established through the dispatch process
- Understand processes in ZW by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ZW KB articles
- Enter all work as service tickets in ZW
- Submit daily time log of work completed
- Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
- Responsible for remote and onsite support but not limited to, Setup of Workstations, basic troubleshooting, Network, Connectivity, Office 365, Data transfer, backups and the checking thereof, reload of workstations, general upkeep of Client sites
- Ensure Zhero standard is always applied and maintained
- Work with Sales and Project teams to help identify and develop new solutions
- Advising customers on how best to use solutions provided
- Support projects and Sales team with solution selling into prospective account base
- Effectively identify client needs for future product enhancements (if not offered by existing solutions)
