THE IT CHALLENGE

WHAT ZHERO DID
Zhero developed bespoke software for client and accommodations data storage, bookings and invoicing. Client details on the platform included all associated contacts and a link to WhatsApp so that each person could be contacted on mobile. Accommodations were classified by location, accommodation names, and accommodation contacts. Accommodation contacts could also be accessed via WhatsApp. The software enabled invoices for each client to be automatically generated, including for those who had multiple bookings. Invoices detailed specific guests or contacts, check-in and check-out dates, and daily rates. The system also generated invoices that were automatically sent to the accommodations. A supplier and tracking functionality was built into the platform to enhance booking management.
