As you probably know, IT infrastructure in most businesses is delivered by multiple providers resulting in a culture of blame-shifting when problems arise. My idea was to set up a company that would take full responsibility for the IT infrastructure, deal with third- party providers, and provide efficient day-to-day IT support.

We act as your IT manager and provide an unlimited support and services model. We are incredibly proud of our 24/7 helpdesk staffed with amazing engineers who will speak to you directly when you call to solve your problem there and then. Our engineers are fully certified and have continual professional development programs ensuring that they are always at the cutting edge of technology.
